The Adjusters of Adjuster X come from a military background. In a prior life, we were taught to live by a simple code, and we carried this code over to Catastrophic Insurance Adjusting. The code was simple, always look out for the person to your left and right, be a quiet professional, be efficient and the master of improvisation, and last, but not least, always be the best that you can be.
We prepared for an adjusting career by using skills utilized on active duty, to plan out complex operations. We carefully analyzed exactly what it would take to be successful adjusters, made a detailed plan, and then executed the plan. We’ve had pretty good luck these last few years and decided we would share what we do and how we do it, in the hope that some of you will pick up what we are putting down and carve out a successful career.
There are a lot of Adjusters out there that have been doing this a long time. So long that they had to cancel all of their claims the day Pearl Harbor was bombed, and we get that. We will never tell you that we are better than anybody else, or our way is better than someone else’s way. What we will tell you is that we have had great success with our method, and there might be some of you out there that may benefit from adjusting the way we do. We consider ourselves to be light fighters, which means we travel light, with all pertinent equipment and knowledge, to successfully complete any given mission at any given time.
Everything you see here on our page is something we actually use. Well, not everything. We learned rope and harness by repelling out of helicopters and down cliffs in the Army, but feel it is a necessary skill if you’re able to learn it. So, we added a couple of rope & harness schools that might help you out.
We hope you find our recommendations and advice useful. At the end of the day, it is one team, one fight, and we want everyone that is willing to give it everything they’ve got, to be successful.
Hope to see you on the high ground! Until that time, be safe out there!
